Rear date castings 409 block

Have an.....814 W block with questionable date casting marks.
Deck pad has T I002 QB as well as VIN number.
X is on the front of the block.

Block date casting is 26I. This seems to be in the incorrect order. Has a J11 near the oil filter but that certainly is not correct.
Any knowledge about casting dates being backwards anywhere.

John, I will take a guess. Block cast in August of 1962 for the 1963 year. Assembled in October of 1962. Seems to add up to me unless I am overlooking something. That could well be true.

Found the answer to my casting date issue. My"26I" is actually Julian date "261" or Sept 18 which works great with my 1002 build date.
Thanks for thoughts anyone had. If I would have just paged down a little on our website the answer was right before me.
