Engine rebuild costs

If no engine parts are required, but would need engine rebuild kit..(bearings, gaskets, rings etc.) whats an average cost range to have an 409 engine rebuilt?

To do do it right, figure $4,000 to $6,000. Block work, crank turning, new pistons, cam, lifters, springs, valves, head work, bearings, chain, gaskets, etc.
