Well, finally the time has come for concrete! Tomorrow we do the back half. Radiant tubes are all down as well as a vapor barrier and 10 tons of compacted stone under that. Thursday the front half gets poured.
Vinyl siding was done a few weeks ago so up next will be electrical, lighting & heating system. That 4 post lift is getting closer all the time! :brow
Oh yeh, having a mini car show in my driveway. :D My poor babies got rained on yesterday. :( They'll have to stay out for close to 2 weeks until the concrete cures.

Oh my gawd! I'm so sore and stiff right now. Concrete work is tough business!
Got the back half done today and it looks great. We used a power trowel to make it real smooth.
Tomorrow (which I don't even want to think about) we will do the front half.
Thanks for the nice compliments on my rides. They get alot of looks all put together like this. :D When we were explaining to the concrete truck driver where I lived, he said, "is that the place with all the Chevelles?" :rofl
Droptop: The blue stepside is my daily driver. It's like my right arm, I go everywhere with it. LOL I have the orange Chevelle and the black Impala on the road as well. Oh yeh, of course the 66 Chevelle with 409 is also on the road but that one is tucked away in my old garage.
I don't drive the cars as much as I would like to but they are ready to go whenever I am.
I'll see about getting some pics of the concrete tomorrow to show the finished floor.
Well, time to rest up for tomorrow.
