wonder bar??

i got with a 60 impala. it looks like a wonder bar for the 59/60 dash. it does not fit the bezel for the push button radio. it does have the same shape as the 59/60 dash though. i can't find any mention of a wonder bar for those years. any ideas??? :dunno

Yes there was a wonderbar for 59-60 and that sure looks like one. It probably requires a specific bezel. I looked in the 60 asssembly manual and they don't show the wonderbar so it may be a dealer installed accessory. I don't have a 59 assembly manual to see if it is in there.

Post a price on it in the for sale section and you'll probably find out. Normally, I would be interested for the 60 ElCamino but it belongs to my son and he would probably just take it out and install an aftermarket stereo.:dunno
