Call Etowah Auto Parts in Gadsden at 256-547-6806 ask for Charlie or Mitch. They have a great machine shop. If they can't they will probably know someone who can around here.

Thanks Mac, I hope to be waxing it next spring! It seems like I wasted a year, but I had to gather some items, (real meaning - gather up some cash) but it's gonna be worth it I think. What city are you in? Did any of the leads Mitch gave you help in your search for a machine shop?

hey Bob, i've in Snead. Mitch was very helpfull and seems like a real nice guy, enjoyed talking to him. the shops he knew couldn't do it but while networking around locally, i met donny patterson on the phone and he put me on Precision Automotive in B'ham. i called and they said they could do it. in the mean time, i may have found a better engine. it's a heck of a story, but i'll wate to make sure it's true before i tell it.

Sand Mountain rocks...there have been some really great cars come from "the mountain", I know yours will be another. I look forward to seeing you at the Rainbow Plaza events next summer.
