There is a guy by the name of James Wilcox whose 62 Bel Air was in the April 2008 issue of Super Chevy that has a serpentine system. Don't know if he is a member or not, but Lamar Walden built the engine so I'm sure he would know where the system came from.

Hey guys, I've been running the serpentine system from Street & Performance for 6 years with good success. But don't be fooled, the system does need a little fine tuning for it to work right. The system Jim Wilcox is running is also a Street & Performance unit, but he's only running the alternator and power steering setup, no A/C. I'm running a Vintage Air system on mine and the way the thing is designed, one of the idler pulley brackets is right in the way of the heater hose running into the water pump! It took a lot of time on the lathe and the mill to get everything spaced out to where it would all work and be reliable. I run the longest 6-rib belt made (115 inches I think), but I haven't replaced it in over 4 years of hard driving. Street & Performance makes great stuff, and you can get it either plain, polished, or chrome, whatever your wallet will allow. You'll have to call them for more details as they don't have these items in their catalog, just do a search for Street & Performance on any search engine. Hope this helps, Roger!

Roger:
I have a customer who put this on his 64 409. If Street & Performance is out of Arkansas, that's who he used. Had it for 3-4 years now and last I heard, he loves it!!! Sounds like that ought to be the way to go.
Good luck.

Thanks everyone
I talked to Mark at street and perf.
He told me he had everything I needed ( might have to refinance the 409 to do this ):deal
He did not like the idea of keeping the org. water pump and fan
said I should change over to elect. fans
My car never gets hot with the org. set up , and I want to keep it that way
might just go to a v belt system :dunno

Roger,
I have one of Street and Performance's serpentine systems on my 409. I'm building a 1934 Ford Cabriolet and the only system which would allow the A/C compressor and alternator to fit under the hood was one of these. The overall quality of the parts was good, but I found customer service to be spotty. They also forgot some details like the fact that the heads are offset on these engines, so they didn't provide spacers to make the passenger's side bracket line up with the rest. I made these on my own. We haven't fired the engine up yet so I don't know if they'll work!
If you need any other info, please drop me a PM
