Sure would have been something if he lost control and tookout all of the THUNDERBIRD aircraft setting closeby on that run.

Question, The Red Bull air races are this weekend on the Detroit river, is it worth it to take them in? There talking about a lot of people downtown. It's all free but would it wroth the hassle? I'm talking about the down time between races.

I've never seen them live but I have seen some video on u-tube that looks pretty good. You have to accept that it's not a real race in the sense that it's a somewhat choreographed show but should still be very entertaining. I don't think there's much dead time in the activity. The quickest way to loose an audience is to have nothing going on. Sounds like the price is right. I'd go.
