Gas tank O-ring

Hey guys!!! Does any one happen to know where I can get the O-ring that seals the sendingunit to the tank??? I know that it comes with a new sending unit but I don't need a new sending unit!!!!! Mine will leak if I fill the tank (that really SUCKS!!). I have checked with Paddock and they said they would sell me the whole sending unit. And the dealership that I work at just laughed at me!!!:cuss I know its just a simple little thing but it seems like the simple things are never SIMPLE!!!

Hey Phil!!!! I have a 62 Bel Air, it's a 2-door sedan (post) if it makes a difference. It also came with a 6 cyl originally. If you happen to have one , let me know, that would be gerat!!!:cheers

If you take the old one off you should be able to take it to anyplace that sells hyd equipment and possibly compare it. Not sure though just a thought. Its possible that I may have one but I dont have a clue on the size needed. Seems nuts that nobody will sell them seperate though:(
