Sanderson headers

Hey guys. Has anyone out there used the Sanderson
headers on your X member car. My application is
a '59 348. How about fit? Any issues?

Did you ever find out about this? Sanderson's web site says you can't use them on any car that has a cross member beneath the engine, which counts my '64 out. But if I read their meassurements correctly they're probably following the profile of the stock exhuast manifolds pretty closely, and terminate 7 inches beneath the center of the head's exhuast port, so I'm not sure why they have the proviso. I'll have to get the tape meassure out, but it seems workable.

I went ahead and bought the Sanderson's but have not installed
them yet. I am doing a frame up on my 59 and am putting the
engine together now. Hopefully I can try to fit the headers
this month. I will post a reply when I do.
