Naturally, this peaked my curiosity so I had to figure this out! :D

The URLs are different from one another. The first link gives a cannot display page message. I compared both URLs and found that there is a period missing before the dll portion on the first one. Also, the second url has more characters and is different.

Mystery solved. :p :)
