Hey everyone,
after some work on my 327 ive found all along it was a bad rocker stud. It was a push in style and it had bad threads that would let the nut back off causing me to bend 3 pushrods, all this over the past few days. Car was mostly at idle to about 2000 rpm. I was able to pull the orignal push in rocker arm out. Im going to buy a screw in arm today. Any other items I might wanyt to get to make this a bit easier? Ive already got any taps, drills needed. Im only doing 1 since the car will be for sale soon. Thanks! drew.
