Hood Springs

I have a rare Cab over truck with the short nose, what's
Chevrolet termed as a Low Cab Forward LCF. The hood
springs are missing and I was wondering does anyone
know if they are the same as the standard cab. I suspect
they are different. If anyone knows or knows were these
springs can be purchased I would appreciate hearing from you.
Maybe some of the w block guys hunting for truck engines
might have seen one in a salvage yard. My cab is a 57 cab
but it should be the same springs up through 59.
