Help vin and acc european impala 60

Hello i have a 1960 impala 4d ht that is asembled here in europe butt i can't figure out what the original color is. The code is 651 and the acc codes are
" GVW PVA 809 " what options are this ?? i cant find any information on inte net so if any one knows :(

Bjorn, I had heard something about Chevy building cars in Europe. Were they built in France or Belgium?

Can you post the entire cowl tag and VIN #? This may help. The 809 should be the interior trim #.

As for original color, can you find a place in the trunk or inside door panel that may show the original color?

Yes they where built i belgium it had some thing to do whit taxes so the cars came in parts and where asembled in belgium

I checked all my books but I have nothing for those codes. Cars built outside the U.S. played by different rules I guess. :D
