Is there a big difference between radial and bias slicks?
If you`re running radials up front shouldn`t you run radials slicks?
I`m looking into buying a set from Hottires.net and they have 27X10x15 bias but only have 28x10x15 in radial,,, I like to stay under 28",,,,,,dq:confused:

have a few friends that switched over to radial slicks and say they picked up a few mph and a few tenths off the et , i have also read this about radials , never tried them they didnt make the size i needed on the front engine rail that i had a few years ago ...hope this helps a little bit

Just recently Car Craft ran a test between two bias plys and a BFG drag radial. I have seen these tests before and the bias plys always had quicker ets and 60 ft times. They were something like a Hoosier and a Mickey Thompson I think. I have also always heard that you can't mix bias plys and radials, but I think if you're just going in a straight line you should be OK.
