1958 Tripower question

Hi,

I was talking with a friend about the tripower setup in his 58 and he claims that the vaccum advance piece is dicontinued for it. Is this true? Does anyone know the part number for this piece and if it was interchangable on any other years? Thank you

Vacuum advance piece? The one way valve? Some 58's used a seperate different fuel pump for the vacuum to operate the 3X2 setup.

Hi,
This would be the piece that attaches to the distrubutor. Is has a threaded female end. Does this help with anything?
