Need Help!

Hey fellas, Mr newbe here, thanks for reading. I have a 1962 Impala that needs a new roof. Its rusted out down each side right above the drip rail, all the way through. I have found one off a 64 Impala but I dont know if they are the same. Some people say maybe, but I need to know forsure before I go through the trouble of cutting one off. I think I will be cutting the now one off at the top of the front post and at the base in the rear, right under the chrome trim. Any insight on my problem? Also im thinking that maybe a 62, 63 and 64 are all the same. Any help would be appreciated. Looks like a great websight!

Mike,

I strongly believe that it is the exact same roof for 62-64's. They sure look alike anyhow.

If any doubts, you could always double check with a tape measure.

I agree the roofs look the same.
But I would double check.
63 & 64 are probably the same for sure.
but the 62 has the different windshield and wing windows on the doors.
Don't know if this would have any differences or not in the roof sheet metal.
