Factory Tissue Dispenser Positioning

I was wondering does anyone know where the proper mounting of the factory tissue dispenser goes??? This is being placed in a 1965 Bel Air.... Thank you in advance...

I have the dispenser install instructions at home. They mount differently depending on options. I can scan and e-mail them to you this weekend.
