This '62 came to my attention locally. 327, posi, seat covers, not much rust that I could tell - the hood is just surface oxidation, body obviously needs attention, runs.
Any comments on value?

I couldn't begin to give a value on my own but it wouldn't hurt to see what the VMR International site has to say. They list values for cars based on body style, options and condition. (1-5 scale) http://www.vmrintl.com/
Click the link for 1946-1979 vehicles, then collector car prices 1946-1979. Enter car from there.
Use their prices as a rough guide. It's really up to buyer and seller though. Region sometimes has an affect on cost too.

Michael, it looks like that one might be a bit of a survivor. Question is, what does she look like underneath? If the frame and pans are solid, especially in those areas near the rear trunk mount, it is definitely a keeper and deserves to be restored by someone. Or just freshened up and driven a bit?
Is there a price on the vehicle? I don't need another project, but perhaps someone here does?
Cheers,

It looks sturdy underneath. There may be something hidden - it was getting dark.
It crossed my mind to restore it like I had intended for my '62. I'm can't afford it although this would make a nice full resto. It has that mom and dad's car feel and class to it. They originally asked $2000 and now it's $4500. I am partially to blame because I told them it really is finding the right buyer and they sometimes go for a lot.
Thanks Bob for the lead on value.
