Pistons

I happened upon a set of N.O.S. Jans pistons that fit 409. don't know the size or compression yet, will find out tomorrow. Are these any good? Not sure I want to run them. If I don't is any one interested in them? email me directly. thanks.

I read an article in an old magazine where they used the Jans "power slot" pistons. The builder liked the design but said they wouldn't be good for extreme performance because they are a cast piston, not forged. My guess would be that they would be fine up to the 400hp range. :dunno
