Well I did it,,,,,Removed the ladder bars and installed the poly bushings.
The STIFF ride is gone and it now has a normal feel to the ride.
It was amazing now much preload were on the bars !!
Haven`t tested the full launch to check for wheel hop but have a feeling it`s there just waiting. I did goose it and got a little non-grip/grip action going (refuse to call it hop ,,hee hee).
Way to many cops out yesterday to even try anything fun !! LOL
I DO think a set of air bags is a must,,,I`ll let you know,,,dq

The one picture i saw of your car at the strip showed the front end too low, rear end way too high.
If you study pics of old FSC cars like Jenkins', the front is high, rear low, for weight transfer. Shocks used back then on the front were referred to as 90/10 uprides. They lifted easily to 90 percent travel, hold there and settle back down slowly during the run. This helped traction.
Although the parts may have changed from then to now, the idea is still the same, weight transfer.

Yeh Dave,,,This is one thing i`m working on. Now that I got the engine running proper it the suspensions turn.
With the stiffness of the bars and still haveing the stock rear arms also the rear didn`t work too good.
The front came up a bit but being so high in the rear I know that didn`t help .
After the bars were removed the rear came down a bit but will lower it more. I`m working on figuring out what springs will do the trick.
I do have adjustable shocks on the front and with the added air bags and slicks it should launch a ton better.
Might be taking a trip to LA in July and will try and stop in to meet you. Hope it works out as it will be a quick trip.,,,dq

I'm glad your working on that project. I have a severe case of wheel hop. I'll be on pins and needles waiting for news from you. :D

Please keep one thing about springs in mind. Cutting coils off springs increases the spring's rate, making them stiffer. This is good and bad. Tighter spring may help launch, but may not help on the big end of the strip.
Let me know when you are coming, would be great to see you in person.
