409 "lakes" headers

I'm trying to locate a set of lakes style headers for a 409. Sanderson calls them "limefire" headers. I tried to go there, but after two attempts and two sets of dented headers due to rediculously poor packing, I'm still without headers. I'd keep trying with Sanderson, but now they tell me "the guy who makes them" will be away for the next month and a half. Maybe UPS had him and the shipping guy locked up! ;-)

Anyone know of any alternatives to Sanderson? I'm a pretty crappy at welding, but I have customers at my Harley shop that are VERY talanted, so I could even go with a make-yer-own kit as a last resort.

i have a set, they are painted silver and in good shape, i want a new set of coated ones, but i dont have 700.00 to spend on them, if your interested make me a deal on mine, i dont know how to post pictures on here, so if you give me your email address i will send you a picture.....thanks,mike
