Hi All,
I just removed some ugly homemade block off plates from my 61. Does any one have a pic of car w/ factory plates or source for same? Cowl tag shows car was built w/ AC, does not have AC now.Should plates or a box be over the holes?See pic.
Thanks ,
Pat

Thanks for the pic. I have a couple questions . Does your car have AC? Are there block off plates above the heater box? Does anyone on this board have a 61 or 62 wth factory AC?
Thanks,
Pat

My car has factory air as shown in the picture. I removed it and made my own cover plate. I was not going to use it and gained room to remove the valve cover.,,,dq

DQ,
Do you still have the AC box? With AC does it have seperate boxes for heater and AC? Thinking of reinstalling the factory AC and dont have the AC box. Have all other parts for the install.
