Bob, I have noticed that the chat room will show people in it that are not there. This morning I saw fatride in the room, went there, and he wasn't there. Since then, I have been fooling around with this computer, and have restarted it twice, due to being slow, and went back to the site. It's showing me as in the chat room, and it has been over 20 minutes since I left it.
This is not a big deal, just sort of annoying. Just thought I would mention it. Life will go on!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Bob, at 10:23 it still shows me in the chat room. Haven't been there since 8:00 AM or close to that. ????????????????????? Don't get me wrong, I like the chat room. Just don't understand why it shows people in there that aren't.

Don't think I did log off. Might be the reason. I'll check that right now.

Jim, that time I did log off on the red dot. Then, I had to log back in to the web site, which I don't normally have to do.

Fred, when I log out of the chat room,I go to my favorites list and click on the 348-409 site and it brings me right back to the forum.
Any news on your 12 bolt rear end?

the 12 bolt is in the process of being installed. 33 spline axles, spool, wilwood brakes on rear. Should work out well. Working on the motor, now. Going ou to be bored this PM. Looking at crank in near 10 days to 2 weeks. Have the rest of the rotating assy. Got to order a cam. Having trouble with Erson. NO REPLY from them after several calls. They must think they are the only camgrinder there is. WRONG.
Interesting thing, took tranny off the engine yesterday. Had pulled it as an assembly. The front snout the throw out bearing rides on was broken off. It still worked!!!!!!!!!!!!! Has been broken a while. Evidently, the bell housing was not dead on center. Will be from now on. That's the only thing that I can think of that would cause the problem. Ordered a new bellhousing today. They need certified every 5 years. Mine is 10 years old. Works just fine, just the cert is out of time. Will sell the old one if anybody needs one. It's good shape. They can be recertified, but I was scared of the time it might take. If some one wants a good Lakewood housing, I got it. Problem was the installation, not the housing.

Fred, thanks for the update, you sure are cutting it close,34 days till Norwalk :dunno .With all the bad luck you have had with camshafts, have you ever thought about a roller cam?I've run a roller cam for over 20 years and never had any problems wearing cam lobes.I hate to see you install another cam in your new engine and wear another cam out at Norwalk :doh .Why take a chance spend the extra money and get a roller cam, just my opinion :dunno

Not sure what to tell ya's. It may just be that your not logging out properly. I'll have to keep an eye on this to see if we can find the reason/cause.
I too noticed Ray in the chatrooms yesterday morning and thought that was odd. :D Chatting at 7:30 AM is way too early for me! :D

I bet you guys forgot to put more quarters in! :D Seriously, not sure what happened. Could be a server issue.
Before I go investigate, lets see if it happens again. I'm betting just a fluke???
I do know that you have to wait a certain amount of time before logging back in so that could explain part of your concerns.
Keep me posted.
