62 in SUPER ROD

Just opened up the August copy of SUPER ROD. In the coverage of the Year One car show theirs a wild picture of Danny Gouveia's 62 409 coming off the line on almost one wheel. Is he a member of 348-409? I can't make out the writing on the side of the car, to tell if I've seen it before.
