You guys might just get a kick out of this one.
I have a friend that I sell ebay stuff with. We listed a 59-60 AM radio recently.
The radio sold and was paid for, so it was shipped to the buyer.
Shortly after the buyer received the radio, he e-mailed a very angry complaint to us.
He told us that it was not the right radio for his car because it did not fit his dashboard.
Before we could even respond to his e-mail he humbly apologized in a new e-mail to us. he said that he forgot that the radio was installed from BEHIND the dash.
He had been trying to figure out how this big radio was going to fit through that little hole in the front of his dash.
:rofl
I hope the buyer now thinks this is as funny as we do.

I sold a truck for a friend a few years ago, just sat it in the yard, quite possibly the fugliest truck ever made. A 60 GMC with stepside and short bed. anyway, a boy happens by and has to have it........looks it over and calls home. his mom brings the checkbook and she is aghast when she gets a look at this thing, he wins her over and she cuts me the check, all are happy, i go inside, they are out there fumbling around with it and about a half hour later, they knock on the door. seems never had ever seen a 3 on the tree? and had no clue what to do. i wind up teaching the boy to drive it so it would leave. luckily, i never saw it again.

the last story i told reminded me of the Moron of the century..........
a few years back, my dragboat is for sale and a guy calls me up, wants to see it, well this is ok and i tell him not to wait till dark....to get on over soon. he says 6pm. good by me. 6, no guy...8pm...no guy ....9:30 pm and real dark out a noise comes up my driveway, it one of those porches with the engine in the back.....this guy has this thing out on testdrive from virginia, and has spun it out into a curb somewhere. the oil cooler is in the right rear and is leaking bad all over my driveway. i was ready for bed.....and heres comes this problem. the guy has no money, a borrowed homo type car, no phone, no oil etc. I really wanted to beat the snot out of this guy, now.....how do i get rid of him? i wound up dropping the oiltank, welding it and filling it with used oil i had just drained from my 409!!!! darn lucky i had that. he never even saw the boat.
