Concours rating system for 409's

Can someone tell me what's involved in getting my 1963 Impala SS - 409 "Concours Rated" or "Concours Certified"? I've heard the term mentioned at local car shows but know nothing about it. Thanks so much......

I have a 61 Impala conv. 348 powerglide. See pics in my photo album.
Had 67 Shelby at the show , took 2nd in stock mustang class.
I told you of this site while chatting about your car. Glad to see you made it. Please post some pics of the 63.
