3798962 block

Just removed from big truck. What info i have says 62-65 replacement block & truck block--has X on block. Was removed from 59 2 ton truck.

This is a 348 ????

If its a 348 how can it be a 62-65 replacement?

The orginal block in the 59 truck problably was cracked or something else and thats why it was replaced :dunno
