Joined the forum about a year ago. Great bunch of guys. I owned a '62 BelAir Sports Coup in 1968 here in Bakersfield, CA when my wife and I were dating, engaged, got married in Dec. '69. Had to sell because I owed $350 on it and was going off to school. Missed it since. Bought another in Oct. 2004 from Bill Scott (Medina,OH) also a member. Have purchased some sheetmetal for replacement pieces and will be working on it maybe in the spring 2006. I have a long way to go to get this one up to the standards of the other one, but I plan to go the distance. Thanks soooo much for the information this past year. You guys are the greatest!!!!!

Bubster, its great to see that you are getting the Bel Air restored, I know that it will never replace your first Bubbletop but when it is done should be a great car. I sold the Bubble to Dennis and have talked to him several times over the last year, great guy and I know everyone will here is always willing to help with his questions.
