Mystery NOS trim piece?

Found this NOS tail fin trim in my Grand Fathers shop, have no idea what it fits, and he’s passed on so I can’t ask him. Heard he had a 58 Nomad, might be for that. Part # is 4780671. Still has the factory finish protection on the front. See pics.

Hmmm, I'm gonna guess that its a left, rear tail fin trim piece for a 1960 Full size chevrolet.

Yes I agree to ,my car is a 1960 chevrolet , and that piece goes on the trunk lid.
