61' bubble top

This is all new to me never joined any kind of forum or chat room before. I recently purchased a 61 bubble top SS , 409 , 4-speed. Its in beautiful condition , I would say a strong #2 Its a recreation Roman red in and out with a white cove, red steelies and dog dishes. I purchased the car in Pasadena Ca. had it trucked back to Michigan. Another first was the fact that I bought it through the internet without ever touching it. I had the owner send tons of pictures and I was lucky enough that he was very honest in what he was selling.
It took about a week to get the car here ( the longest 7 days of my life) When the car hauler dropped the door open, I was speech less.
It was everything that I expected. The driver started the car and I heard that 409 come to life with a sweet cam lope, I was in love!

Mugzy, you have very good taste when it comes to picking a classic vehicle :).

You will find this group of fellows quite willing to help you in any way possible, you just need to inquire. Lots of expertise, and while helpful in an asynchronous way, these fellas are even better in person!
