Yeah Tom, Selling it for a friend. He offered it to me, but its too far gone. Windows have been broken out for years. Everything inside is rusted together and broken glass everywhere. I cant see the floors because of rusty trash, but I doubt there are floors. Would make a good race car project, but I am looking for decent street car. Too old to start on another race car project. I am quite surprised the bids are as high as they are on this rust bucket, but if you noticed, I was as honest as I can be about the negatives of this car.

Looks good on the outside though. :brow (I'm used to ALOT worse here in Pa.)
This car reminds me of one I found at a nearby junkyard. They are selling it whole but it's in poor shape. 1962 Belair 2 door sedan, red on red, no motor or trans, a few broken/missing windows and no title. They want $600 for it and it does NOT look as good as the one listed on ebay. (will need lower quarters and who knows what else on the underside???)
It's too much money for it but if I didn't have so many projects already, I'd buy it and bring it back to life just out of respect for these great old Chevy's! :D (I love the feeling of bringing an old car back to life and defying mother nature!) :p
P.S. If anyone is in my area and looking for a project car like this, contact me and I'll give directions to it. :) They also have a 2 door Falcon and a 4 door 71 Chevelle. (too much $ for all of them though)

Too far gone?!?! You'd faint if you saw what we "northerners" considered "too far gone".

Your right Mike, I wish we had cars like that one laying around here in Pa. :D
I bet that car never had a taste of road salt! :p

Sounds like Im getting rid of a real "creampuff". Quarters are exceptionally good. Since the windows were out, I thought about chopping the top 2 in and using Lexan. If I were only 10 years younger.............
