Is this for real? I went to the Russo & Steele website and they estimate a fair market value of $295,000 - $395,000.

I know him and have seen the car ....I think the E Bay auction is more of an advertisement for RS auction. This car is stunning though . Wish I could have it. Little trivia....my 64 Belair uses the same remote mirror as they used on the Z 16 Chevelle ! They are awful hard to come by...

I remember reading something about one of the Z-16's selling for $40K as a basket case!

These cars are going for 250 to 275K. The one that Hoss Cartwright originally owned was sold in late summer at the Mecum auction for 273k.

I believe this one is listed as being in the Russo & Steel auction in a few weeks, I would say this is just hype leading up to the auction. :dunno
