Hello to everyone out there.
I just found this site and will probably ask a million more questions then i could ever answer.
I just purchased a 1964 Biscayne with a 327. M22 rockcrusher 4-spd.
The car has been pretty much gone thru as far as drive train and is quite quick for a car that is 17 and a half feet long (as most of you already know).
My goal is to find a builable 409 to drop in her when the time is right.
The 327 has less then 5k on it so i have lots of time to find the right motor.
Ok, thats my 2 cents worth for now.
:cheers

Welcome aboard 64 cayne. I am building a 64 biscayne myself. Didn't start with much but am making headway each day. Using a 348 tri power for now and a saginaw 4 spd. body is up at the body shop getting the treatment. Love to see pictures of yours (we all love to see pics on this forum). You will find a lot of great guys on here with a lot of background in the W motor arena. Don't be shy. Walt in VT:)

Nice car!:beerbang That 327's a great engine but a strong 409 would be even better! With a little luck you might find one at a good price.:cheers

That is really a nice find. If mine had looked like that I would have just driven it. Unfortunately, mine had seen a lot of minor collisions on each side which we discovered after the blaster did his job. Had to rebuild the quarters and doors skins along with a host of other areas. If it turns out as nice as yours I will be happy.

:cheers I appreciate the compliments.:cheers
I think I have a pretty solid car and it is a blast to drive.
The 327 has quite a rumble thru the cherry bombs, but i'm still dreaming if that 409.
