Ok guys, heres the story on it. My brother just bought this motor a couple weeks ago. Its a 63 or 64 425hp 409 (212.5hp 204.5ci :rofl ).
It was blown up in the 60s with 50,000 miles on it when it dropped a valve. In 67 a local guy cut it in half, and started building it as a V4 for a midget race car. The crank was splined for direct drive, so there is no transmission, it would have needed to be push started. He cast the bellhousing himself and built his own intake. 1 "690" head was cut in half and used on both sides. It was being built with a dry sump oil system. Either the rules changed or the racing class was dropped before he finished building it. The intake is not finished, and there is no ignition, among other things.
I will post some more pictures, but I need to resize them first.

Could do that. I still have my exhaust system. 6 bolts each side, and it's on and working. Simple to install.
