Need photo of 400 HP Air Cleaner

I am putting a 64 400 Hp QA motor back to stock. I have a new reproduction 4 barrel double snott chrome air cleaner and the flag jewerly for the top covers. I need help to locate the correct location to mount the cross flags and 409 badge. A photo or diagram would sure be appreicated. Also, was there a decal too?? I seem to remember gold sticker somewhere on the front...

Mick, the 400hp air cleaners only have a decal on the front, no flags or 409 badge. (the 2X4's had that)

Bob who's headers fit with the A/C??

Those were hand made. I had a guy build them to my specs on the car for $550.00 (1 7/8" tubes)

Bob you took the headers off last year and blasted them didn't you? Did you paint them or plate them? They sure look good. :clap Roy

Roy, every so often, I take them off and give them a blast, then a coat of Eastwoods manifold coating.

It only lasts so long before little rust speckles start so then I redo.

These come apart in about 4 pieces each but are still a challenge to do. :p

I regret now not getting them done in stainless steel! He told me for about $300 more, I could have had that. :doh (that's what happens when money is tight!) :cuss
