spark plugs????

Hey guys, I have an HEI conversion distributor and was wondering what spark plugs should I use on my 409?:scratch

I use Autolite copper core. Reasonably priced at Wal-Mart, not so elsewhere. Gapped at 45 for MSD box and the ground electrode I cut halfway across the center electrode. I am sure you will get lots of opinions here. Lots of good plugs out there if you want to spend the money. Nippondenso Iridium is (I think) $15 a plug. Lots of endurance racers using this plug. (Baja 500, Dakar Rally etc.)

AC Delco R44XLS gapped at .035 Works fine, lasts a long time!
