About 61 cu in`s !!!:rofl

Really nothing as far as bolt pattern goes.
I think there are a few minor differences like the wire looms and i don`t believe the 348 had drippers. Others here know more though.

Just had to give you a Razzz,, Thanks for the company and Not laughing at you just with you,,dq

58s Where shaped different, more rounded and had no gasket tab cut outs.

59 - 61 as already said, had the 2 wire loom high on the cover. No chrome yet.

62 2 wire loom moved next to bow tie. Silver (argent) paint

63 Chrome

58 - 63 used the same set for the 4 wire loom. Rubber coated notches the wire press into.

64 (mid year?) 65 wire looms changed to tabs that a plastic clip pushed onto.

Tri power 348s had shorter 4 wire looms. (dual qauds too?)

Truck had the 4 wire loom in the middle.

I think I got most of it.:scratch

All that and you forgot the drippers! :D :D

I wonder if any 348 had them or just the high horse 09's?

I think that just the 59-61 Tri-power covers had the short looms because of the lower profile air cleaners used.

I think I remember reading that some HD industrial engines had dripper covers, but I could be wrong.

I believe "drippers" first appeared on the 1962 409s and continued on '63, '64, and '65 solid lifter 409s. 348s, 1961 409s and 340 horsepower 409s didn't have dripper valve covers.
