1964 SS 327 Engine Number "Decode"

I have the following code marked on the pass side of the block right below the cyl head in front of engine: TI22bS . Can anyone tell me what this code means? It appears to be the correct engine for that year, any help would be appreciated, thanks....

Marxx, are you sure that's not SB instead? '64 had SB code for a 327 300hp w/4 bbl and powerglide.

I can't find a "BS" code for any Chevy.

It is a small block 327 250hp. It appears to be all original but i dont know, could the bs actually be 6s? Any help would be appreciated, thanks

The full size Chevrolet SS with a 327/250-Powerglide had just a single S suffix code. The "B" is probably a 6 or 8.
