Here's what I saw. It's probably all still there, as I saw most of it still sitting there on my way out at the end of the day:

409 dual point distributor, completely covered with rust, no cap - $450.00

Aluminum dual 4 barrel intake, cracked - $150.00

Carbs for above intake - $300.00 & $350.00

409 Edelbrock finned valve covers, most of surface covered in small pits and scratches - $325.00

409 Aluminum bellhousing with orange painted bottom cover - $450.00 (I think)

Misc. lo-perf heads - none under $500.00/pr.

I here what your saying...I think everyone has the Barrett Jackson syndrome. I'm like John collected most of my parts over the last 30 years and I 've had my SS 09 for 42 years. Here's one for you. Back in 70's I worked for a GM dealer. Every now and then GM parts division would send a out a list of obsolete NOS parts. I didn't have a whole lot of money then but the owner of the dealership liked me and let me set up a charge account. I once bought in the same lot of parts ten, 427-435 vette air cleaners at $75 each and two 409 long engines for about $500 each (still have them). The 409 stuff is expensive these days however ...I'm currently building a old school blown 58 392 Hemi let me tell you it's real expensive.

I plan to grow up someday.
