The truck looks GREAT !
Have you considered using 1962 painted 409 valve covers? They would match the truck.

Cool truck:clap A work of art:bow Fender badges are great:beerbang How can I put fender badges on a 1931 F**d highboy without fenders:scratch
Heres a "Iwonder question". How many members are putting 348/409"s in non-stock applications? One day when my street rod is finished my son and I want to attend cruises together. We will toss a coin to see who drives the '31 F**d with the low hp 409 3x2 carb set-up and the '64 SS 409/425 hp 4 speed car. My wife will ride in the hot rod as we put in vintage air. At my age it's nice to have such "problems". All my other cars are in secure tempature controlled storage.
Hope all atending members have a great time this weekend in Clay City.
best regards
