I bought a project car about a year ago and finally started working on it.It's a 1959 bel air 4 door that had no motor or trans. The thing is that there are wierd holes on the body that are maybe for emblems but I'm not sure.Id like to know what they are before I go in and fill them up.Anyways the pictures probably have a better explanation.

The 2 holes on the trunk lid might be from a dealer emblem. Back in those days, some dealers had chrome plated pot metal emblems that they would screw onto the car. Today they use decals. (I still have the original from my 63 - "Reese Chevrolet, Mechanicsville, Pa")

Just my guess, I could be wrong...
