ARP head bolts

I am putting the heads back on and I have forgot what I have to do with the arp bolts I remember that they had to be diped in oil but is it the whole bolt ?what do I use on the threads for a good seal. John:scratch

I used Gray bolt prep by permatex and reduced ARP torque spec for oil by 10% I think. I went with the instructions on the tube. Started engine couple of weeks ago and no water leaks anywhere. ARP torque is higher for their bolts than Chevrolet.
