hey guys whats up with a 409 brass oil pan? how rare are they? what can you look to pay for one? And lastly whats the point of it being made from brass instead of steel.
Ps; all of you who didn't make it to clay city missed out,met alot of nice people, saw alot of nice cars.

That would ba a Marine oil pan,and they were probably made for use in salt water I would guess
it was good to meet you and your girlfriend in Clay City,did you find the Red River Gorge?

I would guess that oil pan is brass plated steel. I've had boats for years and the marine oil pans are aluminum........ never heard of a solid brass one before.
