Great news! I received an email from a gentleman at PML, Inc that I had emailed a few years ago concerning making new valve covers for 348/409 engines. He contacted me the other day and included a link that I have posted below. Check it out!

Those are very cool, and seem to be reasonably priced as compared to Mooneyes.

Well i ordered a set and now I wait. They look awesome. I allways loved the look of the chevy script small block ones. I hope this helps them move a little quicker on production. John:D

???? Moon sells theirs for $285 polished, and Offys are $235 polished....How are they reasonably priced compared to Moon???

Those do look pretty slick. If they are as thin as the original Corvette ones that would be a plus also. I have some older Offys that are HEAVY.
I can remember buying some of the Corvette ones for a buddy in the early 80s for around $30 new from Chevy!

They are VERY nice... better than any of the others.
However, yes... weight. Some of these cast covers are are pretty darn heavy.
Wouldn't use 'em on my Stocker. Can't use 'em on the Pontiacs.
For a resto-rod style Chevy ?.... they're the best I've seen:bow

Although for me it is hard to beat the look of chrome valve covers on a Chevy orange engine , be it a W or a BBC!
