I don't have any experience with truck H2O pumps in operation, or their alignment, but I bet I have one down the basement with your name on it if you want to try it and see if it solves your problem. You'd have to wait until I return home next week, but you can have it for free if you want to pay the shipping (free packaging and handling as well!). Cannot guarantee condition, but it's big, it's really ugly, and I think it turns. I'd rebuild it if I were inclined to use it (and I'm not!).
Good luck!

Coupe, No way can you put that ugly water pump on a nice car. No way!! There has to be a dual electric fan set-up that will cool your motor. Please, try other options before you deface your car.

LOL, i know they are ugly, but its a necesity...the fan blade will hit the frame, it will chop up my trans cooler lines that are located on the bottom of the radiator, and will hit my lower hose...my motor sits real low in the frame, and the water pump pulley sits down at the lower half of the radiator...yes i can use electric fans, thats what i have on there now, but my problem is, i am switching from a 29 ford grille and radiator to a 32 ford grille and radiator, and the 32 rad is 2 1/2" skinnier than the 29, and i dont feel like spending another $250 on the correct fan, so i want to use a mechanical fan, and the only way i can do that is by using the truck pump to bring the fan location higher...oh, and its a Hot Rod, not a Street Rod...thanks guys, mike

I Respect your opinion, but In my opinion,it makes no difference to me between a Street Rod and Hot Rod,John Force calls his Funny Car a Hot Rod :dunno
IMO I would check out other options, besides using a truck water pump :dunno

As I remember the definitions, hotrods were of the 20's-30's variants (sweeping fendered cars), and streetrod's more of the latter 40's and up (fat fendered, and full nosed cars)...
The key point though is in the suffix.. RODS.. they are ALL rods!
My 32 Chevy is a hotrod, my '55' Chevy a streetrod.
One is "old-school" the other is ???? New school? :doh

You know you cant run a tripower with the truck pump because it comes up so high that it hits the thermostat housing. You could use if you put spacers on the pump. Just some ifo I discovered I like to add my 2 cents. :brow John
