I'll take two (wouldn't that be nice?)!
Looks like a nice clean car from the photos. Don't mean to pick it apart, but VIN suggests it was born as a 6-banger (1537), and description lists automatic trans, while fender tags say "409". Would like to see the inside of the hood :).
Either way it sure looks slick!
Best,
TomK

Models, good spot, I missed that mention of "Impala". It does appear to be the BelAir, correct?
Speaking of incorrect Bel Airs, here's an article on Ebay about the rare 1961 Bel Air convertible :):

Yep, it appears to be a made up car.. I usually attend this auction and will be giving this one a close eye ball..
I'm only about 3 hours from Reno. This event (Hot August Nights) has become a huge week long party/car show/street races/ auction/cruise and swap meet. It's now limited to the first 5,000 cars registered. However, another 5,000 cars show up that could also enter, if there were room. It's almost too much to take in...

Restoration was done in '91 and the car had sat in a garage/museum since. The older gentleman that had this car ( he only put 386 miles on it since he bought it) and 18 others setup like a mesusem....decide to sell off a few. He a '61 Belair Bubbletop 348 w/trips and a turboglide...EXCELLENT shape....'60 Caddy Coupe De Ville #10 condition, 58 Ford Galaxy, '61 Ford Starliner....I can just keep going. The one he had that was most proud of...NOW GET READY...(2) 1967 PAcers...one had 20" bling wheels and dual exhausts.....his comment was "Now, isn't that the ugliest car yo have ever seen"...and he enjoyed having the ugliest car....he must own the ugliest dog tooooo
