Mystery AFB

I was given a carter AFB today that I am unsure of what it is originally off of. The number on the front is 3285SA and stamped underneath is L6A. It has the larger, 5" opening and it also has the fuel inlet on the drivers side rear corner. The throttle arm is differant from a chevy. Might be a chrysler set up? Any ideas?

my carter book says 3285s no sa listed but 3285s is dearborn marine???? thats all i can find sorry hope it is some help
