truck forged pistons??

In another thread it was mentioned that 409 truck engines came from the factory with forged pistons......... Does anyone know for sure if this is true??? ........... I'm sure lots of you guys have had factory truck engines apart.

I have a 348 and a 409 truck engine on stands right now, both are cast pistons. Both are std. bore. Never heard of truck pistons being forged. But:dunno
