CDNpontiac409guy do you know if your friend dynoed the 427 after assembly? I've always been curious of the 'true' output of the 427 and the actual weight of the Z11. Check out the restoration photos! When he bought the car it had a 2bbl SBC!! That's hilarious compared to the factory engine!! Hats off the the owner for dragging the car instead of building a very expensive paper weight (like a low of restored cars and show vehicle!).

I had a couple lengthy phone conversations with him recently. A regular guy, who is also VERY knowledgable, and a real enthusiast.
Why did he call me ?
