I have a died hard pontiac friend that just moved to Fife, Washington. Looks like just east of tacoma. Any cool cruise nights around that area or cool car things to do. He just moved there with his girl, He left his 70 lemans conv, and 62 tempest behind to start a family in the great northwest. He did get lucky enough to take his 72 hardtop lemans with him. (ok just to stubborn to leave it behind.) Im sure he is havin some rough days, I would to, All his family and friends are here. Some good car chat would do him some good. (and probably some beer!). Anything going on just let me know.:cheers

All dirt and gravel roads up there.

Just kidding, seems there are car shows everywhere these days. Lots of people in Chicago area just parking their fat asses on lawn chairs next to their PT Cruiser taking up 2 spots. Couple of shows here started doing 79 and earlier or take it home.

My son and his family live in Spanaway, which is about 15 miles away, but he is into 150mph crouch rockets and motocross. He even has a motocross track in his back yard. If he ever sells the house I don't know what the new owners will do with the 20 loads of dirt he had hauled in. Tell your friend he has to like coffee, there are coffee stands all over the place. My son and his friends think a leisurely weekend is to hop on the Ducati go 500 miles at 120mph then turn around and come back at 120mph. :D Roy

Tell your buddy to pick up a good guys or oldtimers schedule at most parts stores. It will have all of the local events. Also there are weekly cruise ins in Spanaway, Auburn and Port Orchard. Port Orchard being the furthest about 25-30 minutes away providing there is no traffic. Lots of good cruising on the Kitsap and Olympic peninsula as well. If he gets out twords the coast I would be glad to show him around.
